POSTPARTUM EXERCISES: Starting 8 weeks after childbirth. Helps you to recover after pregnancy with specific postpartum exercise training.

GETTING FIT: Increased intensity and additional exercises after your first part of postpartum recovery. Your coach will constantly adapt your training with attention to your physical characteristics (such as a weakened pelvic floor) and gently rebuild your fitness.
